Our Story

GuildHeart was built on a simple frustration. Construction has a trust problem, and most of it comes down to hidden numbers. Clients are asked to hand over large sums and simply hope the price is fair. We thought there was a better way.

Our director, Corey, came up through the trade as a carpenter and site supervisor, working on everything from high-end homes to multi-dwelling developments. That hands-on experience taught two things that shape the company today. First, that genuine craftsmanship is in the detail, the parts of a build most people never see. And second, that the industry too often hides behind its pricing when it has nothing to gain from doing so.

So we built GuildHeart to do both things properly. To deliver the standard of work we would want in our own homes, and to price it in the open, so clients can see exactly what they are paying for. We called it GuildHeart because a guild is a group of skilled people who take pride in their craft and hold each other to a standard. That is the company we are building.

We want every client, whether a developer, an architect, or a family building their home, to feel completely confident in who they have hired and what they are paying. We do that with expert craftsmanship, open-book pricing, and a fixed price you can rely on. We do not just build projects. We build confidence.

Kade owns quality control, technical delivery, and the standards held on every site. If it has been built by GuildHeart, Kade has made sure it has been built right.

Harry - Carpenter & Project Coordinator

Harry combines hands-on carpentry with the coordination that keeps a job running smoothly. He is often the person keeping clients informed and the program on track.

Kaden - Carpenter

Kaden is a carpenter developing his craft with GuildHeart, learning from every project and contributing to the standard of finish the company is known for.
