Before GuildHeart
Before GuildHeart, our director Corey worked as a carpenter and site supervisor on the Floraville townhouse development, a multi-dwelling project delivered at real scale.
Working closely alongside the builder and developer, he took on far more than carpentry. He learned what it takes to pull together a project of this size: coordinating trades, holding quality across multiple dwellings, keeping a program on track, and understanding how a development actually comes together from the ground up. It was hands-on experience in both construction and development, the kind you cannot get from anywhere but the site itself.
That experience is now part of how GuildHeart works. The systems, the standards, and the eye for detail we bring to every job were shaped by projects like this one.
The relationships were just as valuable. Corey remains closely partnered with the builder he worked under, and with Arix Building, and the two continue to deliver projects together. It is a partnership built on years of working side by side, and one that will run for years to come.
High-end finishes carried consistently across every dwelling. On a development like this, quality is not a one-off. It is a standard held from the first bathroom to the last.
A four-dwelling townhouse development delivered at scale. This is the kind of project where our director learned what it takes to coordinate trades, hold quality across multiple homes, and keep a program on track from the ground up.
