This was an owner-builder project, and our role was project management. We ran the program, supplied carpentry works and coordinated the trades, and kept the job moving without losing sight of the detail that makes a home like this feel considered. Just as important, we kept the relationships strong the whole way through, with the client and with every trade on site. A build only runs this smoothly when everyone is pulling in the same direction. The result speaks for itself. The client was thrilled with the finished home, and it broke records at auction for the area. Proof that a well-run build is not just a better experience, it is a better outcome.
